As a Nutrition Health Coach and Culinary Nutrition Expert I mix my passions of wholistic nutrition, vision boards, travel, fitness, liquid nutrition (juicing and blending), and adventure into a lifestyle program.
Passionate about Plant Rich Eating, I created Green Kitchen Parties featuring Liquid Smoothies and Juicing, Healing Diets, and Edible Body Care! My Loving Yourself to Wellness workshop focusing on self-care and living a happy and healthy Life. I offer individual as well as group health and nutrition coaching.
