I love smoothie bowls! They make the perfect breakfast. My favorite toppings are hemp hearts, chia seeds, raisins and/or shredded coconut!
1 handful of greens
1 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
1 cup blackberries (frozen or fresh)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup almond milk (can use other plant based milks)
5 ice cubes
Juice of 2 limes.
Wash and pat dry all products. Blend the greens first with the almond milk. De-pit and score avocado and transfer to blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Top with any tasty topping you have!
