I help busy women lose weight and age healthily by developing healthy habits, based on whole, unprocessed, mostly plant food.
I BELIEVE THE INDIVIDUAL IS LEFT OUT OF NUTRITIONAL THINKING.
There is no single meal plan that fits all lifestyles, circumstances, or health conditions. This is called bio-individuality and it’s the most important link to finding what works for each person.
I believe in listening, understanding, guiding, and supporting—not forcing change or staying with a plan that is not working. I helps work through the resistance that may prevent positive change.
My style is the perfect balance between practical and inspirational. With resources for expanding your health knowledge base and opportunities to put your learning into action, I provide guidance and gentle support as you make and sustain profound changes.
Teri Sewell is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Culinary Nutrition Expert who mixes her passions of wholistic nutrition, vision boards, travel, fitness, liquid nutrition (juicing and blending), and adventure into a lifestyle program.
Passionate about Plant Rich Eating, her signature programs are the Art of Aging Program and the PURE Plant-Based Whole Foods Program. The Art of Aging is everything your mother never told you about getting older – beautifully. And the Plant-Based Whole Foods Program will help you discover a vibrant and lifestyle based on plants.
Teri also has a series of wellness programs including four seasonal jumpstarts and a 21 day raw food recharge.

She lives in the Denver Metro area.
