Wellness Walk and Talk
Would you like to eat more mindfully to improve your health and overall wellness? Changing your eating habits can feel like an overwhelming task. You’re not alone. Our relationship with food is tied into our habits, emotions, family traditions, and cultural practices.

Meal Prep Made Easy – I will show you how to open your refrigerator to a hodgepodge of vegetables and use simple tricks to planning for healthy eating!
Allergen Friendly – This class addresses some of the most common allergens, offering simple and delicious alternatives that will inspire you and relieve some of the fear around living with allergies
For clients who live in in the Denver Metro Area, and visitors to it, I offer the combination of wellness practice (we walk) and wellness coaching (we talk).
Would you love to exercise gently in the embrace of nature? Sign up for sessions held at my roving office in the great outdoors! From my base in Denver, I conduct regularly scheduled Wellness Walks. I will assess your fitness level, I will choose a trail that is as gentle or challenging as you like, within the bounds of safety.
Our Wellness Walks are available year-round. The walk will clear the mind, enliven the body and lift the spirit. Mindful physical movement propels us forward psychologically and helps us embody new insights.
