Ingredients
1 block extra-firm tofu (pressed to remove excess water)
1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1 cup kale or collard greens, chopped
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp turmeric (for color and flavor)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black salt (or sea salt for a savory kick)
1/4 tsp black pepper
